    The Position:

    The Operations Specialist at Morales Group is responsible for recruitment and placement of qualified candidates for assigned areas of responsibility, managing the recruitment cycle, establishing multiple recruiting strategies with multiple resources, while continually exhibiting the core values of the organization.

    Responsibilities will include administrative duties such as processing all teammates. Assist in answering the multi-line phone system and managing front lobby. Use problem solving skills to support current and future teammates. Performs basic employee records maintenance such as address changes, recording availability calls, and research issues/concerns/questions. Maintains employee applications and required onboarding forms. Ensure an excellent teammate experience while at the Morales Group.


    The Duties:
    Manage the recruitment cycle from start to finishReview internal data base for social security number mismatch and take appropriate actionAccurately enters employee payment information into data base (i.e. pay card, direct deposit, etc.)Ensure all teammate interactions are promptly and accurately documented in ATS.Process E-Verify Cases and follow-up on any outstanding cases in accordance with Federal guidelines.

    Complete TNC forms and direct associates to Social Security Administration as requiredAssigns employee application for new hires and rehires in the data base for immediate startManage the Form I-9 for completeness and accuracyContact employees with Form I-9 errors to correctTrack expiring work authorization documents and work with Ops team to update.

    Enter application and onboarding information into data base.
    Maintain and manage I-9 Advantage system for respective branch. Perform candidate interviews to assure the proper teammate meets job description qualificationsEnter accurate and highly detailed information from all interviews into ATSAssist with the walk-in overflow (i.e. help employees with filling out applications and through on-boarding process)Completes necessary amount of outbound and inbound calls dailyPerform employee orientations prior to start dateConduct searches in ATS or other resume database for suitable candidatesContinuously search for potential employee candidates on CareerBuilder and through referralsAssist with multiple in-house and external resources simultaneously, such as job fairs and hiring events, to attract a high-volume of qualified candidatesUse good judgment and make independent selection of candidates to be presented to client for consideration; coordinate interviews accordinglyWork closely with Operations and Sales Team, consulting daily on the status of orders, client communication, and possible strategies for optimum achievement of placement success and customer satisfactionReceive orders for direct hire positions from client and communicate candidate recommendation throughout interview/selection processDevelop and maintain relationships and loyalty with client and candidates through regular callbacks, check-in calls and in-person visitsEnsure that records in ATS database are kept updated and all information is currentAssist the Operations/sales team on calls to current/future clients to develop a relationship with the current/future companies and to gain an understanding of the positions/requirementsTravel to recruiting fairs, customer sites, prospective customer sites, training and meetings as requiredMaintain good communication/working relationships with all departments in the organizationReport all hazardous conditions/equipment to his/her manager immediatelyUse independent judgment and discretion on behalf of the organization in the performance of these dutiesIn specific regions you will have the responsibility of collecting, reviewing, and inputting timecards from our clients within our ATS, BTS systemsTravel to other offices may be required from time to time.


    The Qualities:
