- Makes outbound calls with assigned leads;
- Takes inbound calls;
- Effectively and professionally communicates our services;
- Builds rapport and keeps clients engaged in sales conversation;
- Creates client profiles and updates CRM/dialer accordingly;
- Gathers relevant information and inputs into the CRM;
- Uses appropriate sales tactics and rebuttals to capture new clientele;
- Efficiently processes leads by live-transfer or booked appt to licensed sales reps for plan comparisons and enrollment;
- Achieves sales goals on a consistent basis and meets administrative deadlines;
- Learn Medicare Basics and Insurance products we represent
- 3+ years experience in inside sales;
- Preference given to bilingual candidates fluent in Spanish;
- Excellent phone presence;
- Excellent command of written and spoken English;
- Professional and personable demeanor;
- Proficiency with all MS Office applications;
- Excellent multi-tasker;
- Tech-savvy;
- Eagerness to learn new tasks and grow with the company;
- Initiative to take on additional responsibilities for continued growth & development;

- Experience with an auto-dialer preferred

This position is primarily responsible for using a variety of lead sources to market the services offered by My Senior Health Plan resulting in live transfers and/or booked appointments for MSHP's licensed sales team.
