About Us
We are the consulting company of the Association of Cities and Municipalities of North Rhine-Westphalia, located in Düsseldorf.

Through interdisciplinary collaboration of around 80 employees, we offer comprehensive solutions to municipalities in NRW on almost all municipal topics, including climate protection.

As part of the Platform Climate NRW, we work with municipalities to develop climate strategies, provide advice on funding, and support the implementation of measures from climate concepts.

We also regularly conduct workshops and exchange experiences. Thinking innovatively and continuously furthering our education are important components of our company culture.


Join Our Team

Your Responsibilities:


  • Monitor, prepare, and communicate municipal funding opportunities in climate protection and support municipalities in the application process
  • Design and conduct experience exchanges and seminars
  • Update and develop consulting and training services for municipalities
  • Support municipal contacts in communicating climate protection to administrative leadership and political bodies

Your Profile:


  • Completed degree, e.g. in urban or regional planning, environmental sciences, or a related field
  • Experience in a municipal environment and a strong interest in climate protection
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Structured, dedicated, and resultsoriented work style with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good moderation and presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel (driver's license class B advantageous)
  • Knowledge of project management, municipal climate protection, and municipal funding is desirable
