COMPANYOur client is a state-of-the-art printing company that produces products ranging from business checks, and forms, to more recently, expanding and shifting their focus into printing elaborate labels for craft breweries, wineries and medical device companies across the US.Having been in the industry for over 40 years, they are the only printing facility on the west coast that has the type of equipment and facilities to create these diverse and complex labels.

Due to a growing, high demand in orders and the expansion into e-commerce partnerships, they are seeking a Sales Leader to help drive business and play an intricate role in the companies expansion.

JOBAs the Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be managing online marketplaces, while leading a team of sales, marketing, and administrative specialists.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce and business development as well as excellent interpersonal and team-building skills.

The Sales Manager will be a member of the Management Team and report directly to the CEO.QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's Degree highly preferred 5 years of proven sales experience 2+ years of proven leadership experience Need to have some e-commerce / digital marketing backgroundPrevious experience working in a manufacturing environment highly preferredBENEFITS$115k-$120k base salary + Annual Bonus Generous MDV benefitsPTOProfit Sharing401k + Matching
