    Position Description:


    Under general supervision, assumes responsibility for accurate and timely entry and maintenance of employee, contingent worker, supervisory, position, and academic appointment data in the human resource (HR) enterprise system; ensures deadlines are met; professionally handles employee confidential information; provides technical support to users; analyzes data requests; produces reports; maintains procedural documentation; images employee files; provides employment verification; and performs other related duties.

    This is a first shift position with a work schedule of Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

    Required Qualifications:


    Any combination of progressively responsible related clerical office experience, related undergraduate education, and/or post high school clerical training that is the equivalent to four years of full-time employment.


    Desirable Qualifications:


    Data entry experience; excellent written and oral communication skills; strong attention to detail and organization skills; ability to multitask; highly technical and able to independently solve problems; and the ability to work with and maintain confidential information preferred.
