Your Responsibilities
- Support the sales management and independently handle all administrative tasks of a secretariat
- Professional office management with all associated assistance tasks
- Organization of business trips within Germany and abroad, travel bookings
- Preparation of various information, including research activities
- Networking, expansion and maintenance of relationships with customers in the region
- Maintenance of master data and digital archiving
- Creation of PowerPoint presentations
- Coordination and organization of appointments and meetings with customers
- Reception and care of guests
- Processing of customer inquiries
Your Qualifications
- You have completed training as an office management clerk or a comparable qualification
- Relevant professional experience in a similar position is an advantage
- You have good user knowledge of Office 365, possess a high IT affinity and are familiar with social media
- You have a strong drive to market a new product and support sales with creative ideas
