Some have too much money, some have too little. No matter how you look at it, money is always an emotional topic and therefore has more to do with people than with numbers.

Our customers can already handle many banking transactions digitally and in the future, even more. However, with the abundance of information and possibilities in a digitized world, there is also a growing desire for guidance and a trusted contact person who can keep an overview and help me navigate.

This is the banker of the future and an apprenticeship as a bank clerk (m/f/d) is the perfect start for it.

We can guarantee one thing: not just theory, but above all a lot of practice. Your varied training starts in one of our branches in direct contact with our customers.

After initial tasks in service, such as advising on mobile banking, the focus is on holistic advice for private customers. This includes building and investing wealth, financing wishes, providing for retirement, and protecting against risks. However, the care of our private customers in the branch is only one part of the training. In other specialized areas, you will gain insights into areas such as real estate financing and brokerage, as well as corporate customer support, and thus get to know the diversity of banking.
