    Description
    Manage and develop all cad/drawings and program and all SM parts.
    Develop all Sheet Metal mono parts processes to meet Customers' requirements.
    Develop pre-machining process for all SM parts requirement if any.

    Interact with management, Customers and production team to provide technical support to the production team for continually improvement on reject, cycle time reduction as well as the machine utilization.

    Take on special projects related to expanding the capabilities of manufacturing, working with OEM equipment makers to identify the right equipment, and internal team of experts to improve core sheet metal competencies.

    Provide Technical advice to support SM production equipment.

    Attending FA Meeting in order to obtain data which are including lead time & quantity order, subcontractor or list, material code and other related information.

    Review / preparing technical Query (TQ) / design for manufacturing (DFM) during FA Stage upon received blueprint form PM's.
    Lead Failure mood effect & analysis (FMEA) upon completion production running if any.
    Follow the Company's environmental policy and procedures and comply with any environmental related legal or regulatory requirements.
    Preparing technical Query (TQ) / design for manufacturing (DFM) during FA Stage upon received blueprint form PM's.

    Attending FA Meeting in order to obtain data which are including lead time & quantity order, subcontractor or list, material code and other related information.

    Preparing BOM Listing which data compilation includes Material code (obtain from SAP) System, routing process data, drawing number & revision, identity type of level process, packing list & quantity usage.

    Uploading BOM Listing data to SAP system.
    Preparing Gantt Chart accordingly to the time frame provide by the customer/PM's.
    Ensure and follow-up with production, QA and various departments as per Gantt chart plan.
    Liaise with Jig & Fixture Designer and fabricate to improve production cycle time and yield.
    Preparing Process Management Plan (PMP) after completing updating BOM listing in System (SAP).

    Preparing work instructions (WI) for production reference and before running first sample, preparing Process Integration (PI) and submitting all documents to QA Department for record.

    Preparing Failure mood effect & analysis (FMEA) upon completion production running if any.
    Attending Engineering Change Order meeting (ECO) if PMP need to change and change PMP accordingly to the correct process.

    Requirements:


    Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), Engineering (Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding) or equivalent.

    At least 6 year(s) of working experience in Metal Fabrication/Stamping industry.
    Experiences and knowledges in Sheet metal/Frame and welding Jig & Fixture Design.
    Able to interpret, understand mechanical / technical drawing.
    Knowledge of tolerance analysis and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
    Proficient in SolidWorks , Auto Cad software program applications.
    Posses with Sheet metal and welding skill.
