- Minimum of 7 years of extensive U.S. taxation work experience, specializing in investment funds or international corporate structures.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting/taxation or a related field, along with relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPA, IRS Enrolled Agent).
- Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and deliver superior results.
- Strong leadership skills to inspire and empower team members.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Essential background in Financial Services, particularly in private equity and/or hedge funds.
