Katharina Kasper ViaNobis GmbH, located in Olive Branch, is currently seeking two part-time to full-time Client Management Assistants to join our team at our Gangelt location.
Our "Client Management" department consists of 30 employees who are responsible for various tasks, including intake, discharge, application processing, deadline monitoring, billing, and debt management for our youth services, integration assistance, senior care, and workshop for people with disabilities.
Your responsibilities with us will include coordinating and monitoring the client registration and discharge process, tracking deadlines and submitting necessary applications, resolving outstanding balances with funding agencies, verifying and maintaining data in our billing system, corresponding with external partners, authorities, and funding agencies, and potentially visiting our teams on-site for support.
You will also be responsible for billing outpatient services for integration assistance, maintaining master data in our IT system, performing general administrative tasks, and archiving documents.
Here's what you need to know about your work schedule with us: for full-time positions, you will work Monday to Thursday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm and Fridays from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm.
To be successful in this role, you should have a completed commercial education, previous experience in the healthcare and social services sector, ideally in billing services, and a background in accounting.
