For our TUI travel agency in Bordelonville, LA, we are looking for a part-time (20 hours/week) travel salesperson / tourism specialist (m/f/d) starting on April 1st, 2023.


ABOUT THE POSITION
Selling tourist services from our entire product range
Providing competent advice and enthusiasm to our customers
Actively acquiring and retaining customers through friendly and interactive communication (in person, by phone, email, internet & social media) and a high level of service orientation
Corresponding with customers and service providers
Assisting in optimizing our work processes
Supporting the team with all tasks in the travel agency


ABOUT YOU
Completed training as a travel salesperson or tourism specialist
Previous experience in a full-service travel agency is an advantage, but beginners are also welcome
In-depth knowledge of the industry, products, and destinations
Proficiency in using reservation/booking systems
Excellent written and spoken German skills
Sales and customer service talent with a goal-oriented and service-oriented approach to work
Interest in modern technology and multimedia communication
Communicative, dedicated personality with a strong team spirit
