- Train and mentor kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, sanitation standards, and food handling procedures.

- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Sous Chef in a high-volume, fine dining restaurant, preferably with a focus on French cuisine.
- Extensive knowledge of French culinary techniques, ingredients, and flavors.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities to effectively manage multiple priorities.
