    Requirements:

    • You care.

    Responsibilities

    • Coordinate and organize office.
    • Oversee stock of office supplies
    • Stocking and supplying breakrooms, storage rooms, and general office when needed.
    • Greet visitors at the office.
    • Coordinate inbound and outbound office mail.
    • Support departments in scheduling meetings, interviews, and transport.
    • Answer phone calls and respond to general emails.
    • Supporting facility leadership when needed.
    • Handle other duties as assigned.

    Characteristics of a Successful Candidate Include

    • Strong analytical, project management, and program development skills.
    • Event management
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to remain poised in difficult situations.
    • Ability to work independently with multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
    • Experience with administrative and clerical work.
    • Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
    • Friendly and upbeat demeanor
