We are currently seeking a new team member (m/f/d) for part-time night shifts (approx hours/week) to work with young people in a crisis and clearing facility in San Miguel, NM.

The position will initially be at the "milaa 65" crisis facility, located at Müllerstraße 138b, 13353 Berlin, and from autumn 2023 also at the "milaa Mitte" crisis facility, located at Ackerstraße 147, 10115 Berlin.

Both facilities operate on the basis of §§ 27 ff.

and § 42 of the German Social Code (SGB VIII) and provide immediate accommodation for children and adolescents referred by the responsible youth welfare office or youth emergency services.

Each facility has 10 places for young people between the ages of 14 and 17.

Job Description

  • Ensuring and maintaining quiet during the night.
  • Regular patrols during the night.
  • Admission, initial care, and data collection for new admissions.
  • Contact with requesting specialist services (child/youth emergency services).
  • Intervention and compliance with reporting obligations in crisis situations (police, legal guardians, colleagues).
