    **STORE MANAGER - EUR**

    Posizione

    Il ruolo prevede la responsabilit di mansioni gestionali insieme a quelle di natura operativa, tra cui:

    gestione economica del punto vendita,

    gestione logistica ed espositiva del prodotto,

    organizzazione e gestione del personale (pianificazione turni, condivisione delle informazioni ed assegnazione degli obiettivi, costruzione di relazioni efficaci e positive)

    monitoraggio e verifica KPI con l'obiettivo di migliorare e mantenere livelli di eccellenza all'interno del punto vendita,

    vendita assistita

    **Profilo**

    Requisiti

    Il/la candidato/a ideale si presenta con i seguenti requisiti:

    esperienza nel ruolo di 2-3 anni nel settore abbigliamento

    ottime capacit di gestione di un team e leadership

    conoscenza dei principali applicativi informatici

    disponibilit immediata e full time
