If you're passionate about driving brand success, executing strategic marketing initiatives, and making an impact that resonates with consumers, we want to hear from you As the Brand Manager, yoo will Oversee the complete range of daily marketing operations for both established product lines and new launches within assigned product categories. Play a pivotal role in shaping strategies and seamlessly execute tactical plans for consumer messaging and media across diverse touch points, ultimately fueling sales and fostering profitable growth across the product portfolio. The Essentials:

    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a must.
    • Demonstrated success in crafting and executing marketing and PR strategies that drive tangible growth is essential.
    • Precision, organization, and meticulous attention to detail are imperative. Proficiency in analysis and project management, with a track record of strategic consistency, is crucial.
    • Fluency in PC operations, including proficiency in the Microsoft Suite, is required.

    salary: $80,000 - $90,000 per year

    Responsibilities

    • Contribute to brand strategy through planning and execution, product innovation, consumer insights, communications, and budget management.
    • Utilize strong project management skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for understanding consumer insights and market analysis.
    • Lead development and execution of annual consumer marketing media plan elements with Advertising Agency of Record.
    • Manage online, social media, and PR initiatives, and develop collateral materials.
    • Monitor monthly advertising budget and ensure optimal investment based on ROI.
    • Oversee adherence to brand guidelines and deadlines by the advertising Agency of Record.
    • Ensure accurate representation of brand voice across all initiatives, including PR and social media.
    • Collaborate with research teams to analyze marketing activities and share insights.
    • Contribute to new product launch messaging and media planning.
    • Partner with Product Management for accurate representation of key messages.
    • Coordinate outside sponsorships and optimize consumer messaging.
    • Maintain brand documentation and support advertising claims.
    • Participate in advertising shoots, events, PR initiatives, and customer calls.
    • Foster communication with cross-functional colleagues and external vendors/agencies.
