How you contribute

  • Obtaining and evaluating offers with the calculation management
  • Clarifying technical details with suppliers and subcontractors
  • Independent supplier sourcing as well as supplier and subcontractor evaluation
  • Preparation and execution of calculations according to target specifications
  • Independent calculation of materials, subcontractors and services for the trades of heating, ventilation and sanitation or electrical engineering
  • Analysis of the procurement market

    • What you bring

  • Completed technical or commercial training
  • Relevant experience, preferably from the wholesale or construction site environment
  • Thorough knowledge of the procurement market
  • Knowledge of a calculation software desirable
  • High level of personal responsibility
  • Good knowledge of common MS Office
