Administrative Assistant (m/f/d)


The city of Marktoberdorf is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant (m/f/d) to join our team at the Forest Junction office.

Your responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for all citizen inquiries
  • Management of commercial and social insurance matters
  • General tasks such as providing guidance and assistance with filling out applications or providing information on social and public institutions
  • Cemetery administration
  • Preparation and execution of elections, referendums, and citizen decisions
  • Enforcement of fishing and disability laws
  • Management of telephone switchboard and incoming/outgoing mail
  • Collaboration with the public safety and order department

Your profile:

  • Completed administrative training (VFA-K, BL1) would be advantageous
  • Friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with citizens
  • Ability to work independently and take on responsibility
  • Willingness to cooperate and resolve conflicts
  • Willingness to participate in further training and development
  • Team player with a customer-oriented approach
  • Good computer skills
  • Enthusiastic,
