Administrative Assistant (m/f/d)
The city of Marktoberdorf is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant (m/f/d) to join our team at the Forest Junction office.
Your responsibilities:
- First point of contact for all citizen inquiries
- Management of commercial and social insurance matters
- General tasks such as providing guidance and assistance with filling out applications or providing information on social and public institutions
- Cemetery administration
- Preparation and execution of elections, referendums, and citizen decisions
- Enforcement of fishing and disability laws
- Management of telephone switchboard and incoming/outgoing mail
- Collaboration with the public safety and order department
Your profile:
- Completed administrative training (VFA-K, BL1) would be advantageous
- Friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with citizens
- Ability to work independently and take on responsibility
- Willingness to cooperate and resolve conflicts
- Willingness to participate in further training and development
- Team player with a customer-oriented approach
- Good computer skills
