    Description


    Our client, a successful investment firm based in Greenwich, Connecticut are currently seeking an Assistant Controller to join their growing finance department.

    DescriptionWorking across complex investment structures you will be responsible for the ensuring all internal books and records are accurate and reconciled correctly with the fund administrator.

    You will review transaction documents and work with trade support to ensure proper internal reporting and GAAP statements.

    Review and manage delivery of investor allocations, capital calls, distributions and quarterly and year-end financial reportingProduce cash forecasts for treasury, risk management and front officeStay abreast of accounting and financial reporting standards, regulations and industry trends, providing guidance and implementing changes as necessaryQualifications4-8 years relevant experience preferably working with hedge funds and/or credit products.

    A background in either external audit, fund administration or direct industry experienceThis is an exciting opportunity join a successful firm with experienced Senior leadership to guide and mentor your career to the next levels.
