What's your day like?

As a Full Time Customer Support Representative at Wisper ISP in Mascoutah, IL, you will have the opportunity to showcase your problem-solving skills by providing basic troubleshooting assistance for customers' internet connection issues. In addition, you will play a vital role in assisting customers with their billing needs, such as processing payments and explaining bills in a clear and concise manner. Ensuring that customers have seamless access to online systems, including bill payment portals and email accounts, will be a key responsibility in this role.

To excel as a Full Time Customer Support Representative at Wisper ISP in Mascoutah, IL, candidates must possess at least 1 year of customer service experience, demonstrating the ability to effectively communicate with customers and address their needs. Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to navigate various software tools efficiently are essential for success in this role. Additionally, candidates should exhibit a high level of reliability and commitment to maintaining regular and predictable attendance. With the expectation of working 3 days in the office and having the flexibility to work from home 2 times a week, adaptability and time management skills are crucial for balancing responsibilities effectively in a dynamic work environment. Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

1+ year customer service experience
Regular and predictable attendance required
