Are you detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where you can coordinate and facilitate contract submissions effectively? We're looking for a dedicated Janitorial Contract Submission Coordinator to join our team.


Responsibilities:

Manage the Janitorial Contract Submission Form process efficiently.

Review and ensure completeness of all submitted proposals.

Coordinate communication with interested contractors, providing necessary information and guidance throughout the submission process.

Maintain accurate records of all submissions and communications for reference and tracking purposes.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess submitted proposals and determine next steps.

Assist in the evaluation and selection of contractors based on established criteria.

Provide support to contractors as needed during the submission process.

Continuously seek opportunities to streamline and improve the submission process for increased efficiency.

Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.


Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Previous experience in contract management or administration preferred.

Familiarity with janitorial services or related industries is a plus.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
