Next Level Media Marketing is seeking qualified contractors/small business owners to provide Food Service (FS) and Logistics Training. The contractor must possess the necessary insurance and past performance reviews to be considered. Submissions will be reviewed and evaluated, followed by requests for pricing quotes from the most qualified applicants.Description of Services:
The contractor shall provide qualified personnel and supplies to support FS and Logistics Training.
Services include, but are not limited to:
- Conducting training sessions both inperson and virtually.
- Providing training at various locations within the Continental United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) (CONUS) and Outside the Continental United States (including Alaska and Hawaii) (OCONUS).
- Meeting the standards defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
Background:
The Military Sealift Command (MSC) operates over 110 Government-Owned Government Operated (GOGO) and Government-Owned Contractor Operated (GOCO) ships, manned by Civilian Mariners (CIVMARs) and other merchant mariners.
Effective training is crucial for ensuring operational readiness of these ships, and MSC's ability to execute its global mission relies on timely and effective training programs.
Objectives:
The contractor will provide the Government with qualified personnel and supplies to support FS and Logistics Training.
The training program aims to enhance the professional knowledge and skills of MSC's workforce, including civilian employees, contracted employees, military personnel, CIVMARs, and other merchant mariners.
Scope:
The contractor shall deliver a high-quality training program that includes:
- Course instruction and administration.
- Curriculum design, development, and modification.
- Educational and related services as outlined in the PWS.
Staffing Plan:
The contractor shall submit a staffing plan detailing processes for hiring, training, and maintaining a competent workforce
The plan must ensure:
- Alignment of staff skill sets with PWS technical criteria.
- Highquality deliverables executed in a timely manner.
- Procedures for backfilling positions within 30 days to prevent task interruption.
- Crosstraining of personnel to support multiple events simultaneously.
Primary Training Location:
- Norfolk, VA (Logistics Training/FSM ShipCLIP courses may shift to San Diego during Norfolk classroom rehabilitation).
Requirements:
- Necessary insurance.
- Past performance reviews.
- Ability to conduct training both inperson and virtually.
- Capability to support multiple training locations.
