    The Regional Sales Manager will handle sales, maintenance, and showcasing of Hi-Vac Corporation's products to potential customers regularly. They will also oversee dealer development processes as necessary. This role requires strong sales, computer, marketing, and business skills.

    Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Market Development.
    • Maintaining the dealer network in the designated area through a consistent schedule of visitation, training, and sales support. Striving for the positive advancement of dealers through performance appraisals and reviews.
    • Preparing quotes for customers.
    • Reviewing customer specifications.
    • Planning and coordinating customer demonstrations.
    • Acquiring and organizing competitive data; sharing intelligence with HVC Sales team and Senior Management.
    • Conducting product demonstrations to customers; sometimes with HVC/Dealer sales staff. Capable of working effectively independently.
    • Offering unit training to customers as necessary.
    • Getting products ready for demonstration, ensuring they are clean and equipped with necessary tools.
    • Assisting with Trade Shows setup and execution.
    • Frequent travel is expected.
    • Keeping travel expenses in line with company policies.
    • Prior experience in manufacturing, equipment, or machinery is a must.

    Qualifications, Education, and/or Experience

    Education

    • BA or BS degree in Business or a related technical field, or a similar level of education and experience.

    Certificates or Licenses

    • Must have a valid driver's license with a clean record.
    • Having a C.D.L. and related documentation is highly preferred.
