Responsibilities:

Ensure the technical operation of entrusted facilities
Identify and solve technical and structural issues
Perform maintenance and repairs
Assist with renovation and transportation tasks, if necessary outside of regular working hours
Collaborate with external service providers

Requirements:

Completed vocational training in a technical field (e.g. electrical engineering, HVAC)
Previous work experience in a technical role, preferably as a safety officer
Knowledge of occupational, safety, and accident prevention regulations
Valid driver's license (Class B, C1, BE, C1E)
Ability to work independently and in a team
Respectful attitude towards colleagues and clients
