Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Project and Implementation Manager to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing new installations and providing ongoing support and maintenance for our existing clients.

This includes overseeing the MXP modules for Port Management, Port Cost Management, and Itinerary Management.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Project management for new implementations of the MXP modules
  • Coordinating timelines with clients
  • Creating training plans and coordinating implementation schedules
  • Defining and documenting business requirements
  • Administrating enhancement requests during the implementation phase
  • Coordinating with the programming team
  • Providing daytoday support and maintenance for existing clients
  • Coordinating support and enhancement requests on the MXP Support Portal
  • Conducting system testing and updating user manuals
  • Performing other duties as assigned by supervisor

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Keeping accurate records of travel and other expenses in the MXP portal
  • Assisting with invoicing projectrelated costs and services

Social Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining positive relationships with colleagues
