- Prepare food items according to designated recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation standards at all times

Overview:Enjoy this challenging opportunity as a cook serving a high-volume a la carte and buffet breakfast service in a fine dining restaurant.
A Cook is responsible for preparing food items in accordance with recipes and established standards in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding service and financial profitability.
Hours for this position are 5:30am-1pm and Saturdays-Sundays are absolutely required for this position.
