      Responsibilities

      • Inform team about operational changes and assist in training.
      • Keep managers updated on team workflow.
      • Complete managerial reporting.
      • Conduct regular team meetings.
      • Monitor on-boarding and training.
      • Conduct reviews for team members.
      • Perform other assigned duties.

      Qualifications

      • High school diploma.
      • 3-5 years Specialty Pharmacy experience.
      • Knowledge of insurance billing and adjudication.
      • Excel proficiency.
