    THE OPPORTUNITY

    NavVis, one of Europe's fastest growing tech companies, is seeking a Senior Business Development Specialist to help drive our go-to-market execution in the United States, specifically in the upper-northeast. This role is high-profile; the Sr. BDS will work in lockstep with a well-established sales team in a vital territory and have direct access to NavVis senior leadership. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced B2B sales professional to work with a highly innovative and technical combination of reality capture hardware and SaaS offerings, catering specifically to the AEC market.

    HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
    • Owning input and output of goals attached to upper-funnel pipeline generation
    • Key AEC account strategy development: prospecting; business and relationship development
    • Proven track record of outkicking individual contributor quotas in pipeline generation and conversion
    • Comfortable pitching to highly technical stakeholder, breaking down complex solutions and value propositions to a variety of verticals and ICPs
    • Collaboration with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Experience, etc.
    WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE
    • 2+ years of B2B sales experience in an SDR, BDR or BDS role
    • Exceptional communication skills in English (both written and oral)
    • Experience working with CRMs, prospecting databases, and email outreach tools
    • Inherent adeptness, passion, and curiosity for business and technology
    • Competitive drive and hunger; track record of outkicking KPIs and quotas
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience
    • 1+ year of experience selling a construction technology solution
    • Understanding of U.S. AEC market landscape and construction processes
    • Firsthand experience in HubSpot, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, MS Dynamics
    • Proficient in MS Office and MS Teams
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritization, planning, and time management
    • Located in U.S. Eastern time zone (ideally within commuting distance of a major international airport)
