Join our team and help us shape the basketball culture in Europe and beyond

  • Assist in the launch of our membership program: collaborate on marketing strategies, establish exceptional customer experiences, and work closely with all consumerfacing departments.
  • Manage and take ownership of projects focused on optimizing the customer experience.
  • Develop business cases for projectrelated initiatives.
  • Your main focus will be analyzing touchpoints throughout the customer journey. This includes identifying best practices, documenting any gaps or areas for improvement, and using data to enhance the overall user experience.
  • You will also identify areas for improvement and act as our expert in logistics, packaging, and delivery for our distribution model. This will involve establishing new processes and continuously optimizing existing ones.
  • Collaborate with alternative vendors to offer customers more options and create enticing endtoend user experiences.
  • Conduct regular evaluations of customer lifetime value for specific target groups and segments.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and analyze potential impact. This will also involve working with external partners and developing vendor and experience strategies in line with Kickz's digital transformation strategy.
  • Develop a regular review and idea creation process by researching competitors and aspirational brands and benchmarking with the Customer Touchpoints Team.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team and other departments, such as Customer Experience, Logistics, Growth, Retail, and Marketing, to improve effectiveness, online shop performance, and user reviews.
