- Responsible for driving PPAP completion on new products and revisions.
- Develop inspection criteria, control plans, and implement inspection plans.
- Monitor assigned product lines for improvement opportunities.
- Responsible for print reviews and provide necessary feedback for feasibility (DFM).
- Troubleshoot processes with data to support production.
- Determine root cause and implement corrective actions to reduce defects and improve efficiency.
- Deploy inspection equipment and train personnel as needed.
- Performs other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
- 3 years Quality Engineering experience OR Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or related) with internship experience.
- Solid understanding of GD&T.
- Strong problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience OR interest in Production Part Approval Process (PPAP).
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 3 years Quality Engineering experience
- 2 years of CNC Machining experience
- Experience leading Six Sigma programs
- CMM Programming experience
- First article inspection experience
