- Manage a shared inbox, pulling out orders for your assigned clients
- Communicate with customers through various channels
- Process orders, quotes, and samples
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint
- Provide information to customers about order status and product queries
- Work closely with the credit department to resolve disputed credit items
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal departments
- Assist Parts Manager with replacement parts
- Performs other related duties as assigned
- At least 2 years of B2B Customer Service experience
- Experience with ERP system
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Must be able to work well across functions and interact effectively with all levels of personnel within and outside of the organization
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
