Responsibilities
- Direct contact person (m/f/d) for telephone inquiries
- Acceptance and handover of customer, service replacement and rental vehicles
- Customer reception
- Appointment scheduling
- Obtaining approvals for maintenance and wear leasing
- Order invoicing including related mail processing
- Cashiering of customer invoices and processing of cash transactions
- Referring customers to the responsible service advisors or contact persons (m/f
