    Summary

    The primary responsibility of the Environmental Health and Safety Manager is to ensure regulatory compliance (OSHA, EPA, and DOT), accident prevention and after injury management for the company facilities.

    Essential Functions
    • Implement, execute, ensure compliance with Company EHS policies and procedures, and all federal, state, and local OSHA/EPA/DOT regulations (i.e. Lockout-Tagout, Haz Com, Machine Safety, SARA, RCRA, DOT, etc.)
    • Lead the development and implementation of the EHS Annual Operating Plans and EHS Action Plans for multiple locations
    • Other duties as assigned
    Education & Experience

    Required
    • Bachelor's Degree
    • 5-7 years applicable job experience
    Skills & Competencies

    Required
    • Strong technology skills and the ability to leverage technology in work processes
    • Strong communication skills, including written communication
    • Knowledge of principles, procedures and best practices in the industry
