Job Summary:

Join our team as a Senior UX Content Strategist where you will play a key role in creating engaging content for our employees, clients, and customers. Your main responsibilities will include shaping the voice and style of our product content, establishing content guidelines, and ensuring their implementation. You will also contribute to defining client onboarding and support content standards. In this position, you will bridge the gap between user experience and overall product experience, actively contributing to various aspects of product management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintain and implement Content Guidelines, Standards, and Templates
Develop content strategy, taxonomy, and processes, including the implementation of an Avenu Knowledge Center
Review and edit content to ensure compliance with guidelines and standards
Prepare release notes for both internal and customer communication
Create and update content for product interfaces, onboarding, and support materials

Experiences:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Designers, Product Owners, Engineering, and Business Analysts
Work closely with Customer Support, Customer Success, and Delivery teams to streamline information sharing and enhance customer satisfaction
Engage in user research, user experience evaluations, and product analysis
Lead and participate in product operations meetings and workshops

Education and Experience:

5+ years of experience in Content Strategy, UX Writing, Technical Writing, or Instructional Design
Proven experience in designing information architecture and help documentation
Background in SaaS software and product-led growth environments

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Self-motivated team player with strong leadership skills
Familiarity with usability testing and user interview methodologies
Proficiency in Design Thinking, Personas, and Journey Mapping
Prior experience in User Experience and Product Design collaboration
Ability to advocate for the user and provide user-centric solutions
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Understanding of accessibility best practices
Passion for delivering exceptional user experiences
Capacity to grasp complex product functionalities and use cases

Work Environment:

The work environment is typically moderate in noise level and office-based

Physical Demands:

Requires remaining in a stationary position for extended periods
Regular operation of computer and office equipment
Occasional movement within the office premises
Frequent communication via telephone
