coolCare was founded in Texas in 2013 with a goal to deliver a better way to warranty to contractors and homeowners. coolCare continues to partner with contractors who deliver higher standards of installation, service, and equipment repairs to their customers. coolCare is an extended labor protection plan for air conditioning and heating equipment for homeowners and commercial businesses.
We have an outstanding opportunity for an individual to become part of a fast-growing company. As a coolCARE client specialist, you will have responsibilities that span across sales support and operations. Responsibilities include helping drive sales growth for new and existing accounts and managing the day-to-day aspects related to customer service, billing and claims processing. Successful candidates are highly organized, possess a positive attitude, excellent communication skills and the ability to listen to customer needs. Candidates need to be proficient in Microsoft office.
