    Asset Manager Position at Community Development Partners

    Your Role as Asset Manager:

    • Managing a portfolio of affordable housing communities with a focus on mission-based goals.
    • Overseeing asset performance, financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting.
    • Monitoring project benchmarks and guiding property management decisions.
    • Collaborating with resident services to ensure community objectives are met.
    • Ensuring compliance with all regulations and reporting requirements.

    We are looking for someone with:

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and advanced MS Excel knowledge.
    • Strong customer focus and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong organizational skills.
    • Understanding of financial statements and affordable housing operations.
    • Experience in real estate, finance, or affordable housing.
    • Strong planning skills and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
    • Willingness to travel to West Coast properties.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, economics, or related field.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in affordable housing or related fields.
    • Knowledge of legal documents related to real estate transactions.
    • Familiarity with the California market is a plus.
    • Financial modeling experience is advantageous.
    • Master's degree in real estate development is a plus.

    The salary range for this position is $110,000-$130,000 annually.
