Regional Sales Director - Hamorton, United States - FusionWorks
Description
As a senior country manager for Hamorton, you will report directly to the CEO and be based in Munich. Your main responsibility will be to acquire new clients and oversee the entire sales process. A strong understanding of the electronic component market is essential for this role.
You will lead a team in hunting for new customers across the region. The ideal candidate will be driven by targets and have a strong passion for delivering results. This role will require hands-on involvement in execution and leading from the front.
Key Responsibilities
•Lead and manage a sales team, creating and implementing a comprehensive sales and business development plan for the region
•Develop and maintain strategic partnerships
•Manage the entire sales cycle, including lead generation and account management
•Utilize local market expertise to develop effective sales strategies and maximize resources
•Maximize revenue from new accounts through cross and up selling opportunities
•Provide regular reports to management on performance, sales activity, and industry trends
•Effectively communicate customer needs to the support team
