What to expect
As part of the expanding and continuously growing Quality & Risk department, you will be responsible for analyzing existing processes in both central and operational service areas.
The core of your role will involve analyzing and reviewing compliance with internal company policies, processes, and controls by the responsible individuals or departments.
The results of your analyses and review activities will be incorporated into our quality management system, contributing to the continuous improvement of our implemented processes and controls.
In addition, you will be involved in internal investigations to identify weaknesses in the quality management system or support ad-hoc investigations related to compliance requirements.
- Completed degree in Controlling, Risk Management, Compliance, or similar modules
- First professional experience in areas such as organization, risk & compliance, internal audit, or process analysis
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate regulatory requirements into processes and procedures
- High level of motivation, curiosity, and proactivity, as well as enjoyment in developing innovative solutions
