A Brief Overview
Under direction, independently resolves complex patient accounts


What you will do

  • Subject matter expert, handles most complex issues, performs audits.
  • Ensure accurate collections. Ensures clean audit process.
  • Provides excellent customer service
  • Other duties as assigned

Education Qualifications

  • High School Diploma / GED Required
  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred

Experience Qualifications

  • At least seven (7) years experience in Healthcare Collections Required
  • At least eight (8) years experience in Healthcare Collections Preferred

Skills and Abilities

  • Excellent attention to detail, organized, computer skills, strong analytical skills Special Projects
  • Focus task, detail oriented, considered as Subject Matter Expert (SME)
