    The Opportunity:

    We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Process Improvement Manager-Risk Adjustment & RCM to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing operational efficiencies and refining processes to support organizational growth and success. Collaborating with various stakeholders, you will design and implement innovative process improvements to drive outstanding results across the organization.

    What You'll Do:

    • Design and implement process improvements within Risk Adjustment and RCM domains.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance productivity and scalability.
    • Engage internal and external stakeholders in improving processes.
    • Monitor and adjust implemented improvements to meet business needs.
    • Stay informed on regulatory changes and industry trends for competitive advantage.
    • Facilitate training sessions to drive continuous improvement.
    • Work with a team of specialists to execute process enhancement initiatives.
    What You Bring:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years experience in process improvement within healthcare organizations.
    • Proven track record of leading successful process improvement projects.
    • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in process mapping tools.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

    • Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or related discipline.
    • Experience with clinical documentation improvement.
    • Experience in telehealth and remote patient monitoring.
