- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance productivity and scalability.
- Engage internal and external stakeholders in improving processes.
- Monitor and adjust implemented improvements to meet business needs.
- Stay informed on regulatory changes and industry trends for competitive advantage.
- Facilitate training sessions to drive continuous improvement.
- Work with a team of specialists to execute process enhancement initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in process improvement within healthcare organizations.
- Proven track record of leading successful process improvement projects.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in process mapping tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or related discipline.
- Experience with clinical documentation improvement.
- Experience in telehealth and remote patient monitoring.
