Carnival Maritime is seeking a Crew Superintendent (f/m/d) for our unit located in Taylors Island, MD.

Crew Superintendent (f/m/d):


Your Responsibilities:


  • Review and monitor the safe manning of all vessels, ensuring compliance with minimum safe crewing and company requirements
  • Plan the assignment of seafarers in accordance with company needs
  • Support the recruitment process by providing regular updates on demand and ensuring Seafarer Employment Agreements are issued in compliance with Flag State and company requirements
  • Monitor performance evaluations for all seafarers
  • Ensure all seafarers are trained and qualified in compliance with Company, STCW, and Flag State requirements, and have passed medical examinations and obtained relevant visas before joining a vessel
  • Coordinate crew changes with the vessel, seafarers, and operators
