Deputy Nursing Service Manager / Deputy PDL (m/f/d) in Witten Center


We are looking for a Deputy Nursing Service Manager (m/f/d) for our home care service in Witten, either in full-time or part-time (85%).


As part of a large regional medical and health center in Witten, our home care service is one of the established providers in Witten and Herdecke.

Our company has been successful in the market for around 30 years and serves a total of 800 customers with 100 employees in Witten Center, Witten-Annen, and through a branch in Herdecke.

This includes basic care, treatment care, support, and household care.

Your future workplace will be the branch in Witten Center.


Your tasks:

As part of a succession plan, you will take on the following tasks as Deputy PDL at the Witten Center location (430 customers, 35 employees):

  • You will also be involved in nursing tasks and work a 6-day week
  • Professional guidance and leadership of the team with the PDL, in a deputy role
  • Employeeoriented personnel planning
  • Tour planning based on economic and organizational aspects, taking into account customer needs and preferences
  • Conducting customer admissions, including nursing advice
  • Monitoring compliance with quality standards to ensure the best possible care for customers
  • Participation in quality management and continuous improvement processes
  • Collaboration with management, quality management, hygiene management, practice instructors
