Taylor Creek, OH is an established and expanding firm operating in the HafenCity area, providing tax, auditing, and legal services.

We work interdisciplinary to primarily support medium-sized companies of all legal forms, as well as foundations and private individuals.


To strengthen our team, we are currently seeking a Tax Assistant (m/f/d) for our Gestaltungsberatung & M&A Tax department, either full-time or part-time.


Responsibilities:

  • You will handle complex tax issues for a diverse national and international client base, including tax structuring for corporate transactions, tax due diligence for corporate transactions, inbound and outbound investments, estate planning, restructuring, and more.
  • You will support our clients during tax audits, application processes, and communication with tax authorities.
  • You will write opinions and expert reports in close coordination with your superiors and serve as a point of contact for your colleagues regarding taxrelated questions.

Qualifications:

  • You have a degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on taxation.
  • Previous practical experience in tax consulting, auditing, or financial services is advantageous.
  • You are proficient in MS Office applications.
  • You work independently and in an organized manner, with a precise and reliable work ethic.
  • You are a dedicated and enthusiastic team player who enjoys exchanging knowledge with colleagues.
  • You are interested in broadening your knowledge in tax law and enjoy exploring new topics.
  • Excellent written and spoken German skills complete your profile.
