Responsibilities

We are seeking a mission-focused Sr. VoIP DVTC Engineer to support and contribute to our government customers success in Washington, D.C., Reston, VA, or Tampa, FL

Duties, Tasks & Responsibilities:

+ Generally recognized as a leader in the industry in their area of expertise; sought out by others for advice and guidance.

+ Provide expert support, analysis, research, and advice into exceptionally complex problems, and processes relating to the UC and VTC technologies and services.

+ Serve as technical expert on executive-level project teams providing technical direction, interpretation, and alternatives. Expertise in at least two of the below domains: Information Systems Architecture, Telecommunications Systems Design, Architecture, Implementation, Information Systems Integration, and Communications and Network Systems Management).

+ Perform highly specialized and technical tasks associated with the most current and cutting-edge technologies.

+ May serve as a technical consultant to a project(s) dealing with UC and VTC services.

+ Coordinate with contract management and Government personnel to ensure the problems have been properly defined and the solutions satisfy customer needs.

+ Established and productive individual contributor

+ Works independently with general supervision.

+ Problems faced can be difficult and complex.

+ May influence others technical staff through explanation of facts, policies, and practices.

Qualifications

Required Experience, Education, Skills & Technologies:

+ Years of experience with one of the following:

+ High School/GED plus seven (7) years of relevant experience

+ Associate degree plus five (5) years of relevant experience

+ Bachelor's degree plus three (3) years of relevant experience

+ Master's degree plus one (1) year of relevant experience

+ PhD plus 0 years of relevant experience

+ IAT II, CUCM Manager Course

Security Clearance Level:

+ TS/SCI with an adjudicated CI polygraph or ability to obtain a CI polygraph

Work Schedule:

+ Full-time on-site
