    Job Description
    We are looking for a skilled Engineer with interest and experience in the AI space.

    To ensure success as a Engineer, you should have excellent full stack coding skills, and experience with Python, Django and PostgreSQL.

    Ultimately, a top-class candidate demonstrates strong dynamic problem solving skills in code that can match the fast-moving pace of innovation associated with AI.

    This candidate will start as an independent contributor alongside other engineers.
    Core Responsibilities
    Contributing Python code to a Django application with standard integrations to core technologies like PostgreSQL and Redis
    Contributing to architectural decisions and tech stack selection
    Reviewing application requirements and interface designs
    Identifying web-based user interactions
    Developing and implementing highly responsive user interface components
    Troubleshooting interface software and debugging application code
    Developing and implementing architecture to support user interface concepts
    Monitoring and improving front-end performance
    Documenting application changes and developing updates
    Skills + Experience
    Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a similar field
    3+ years of software development experience
    Proven skills with Python, PostgreSQL, and Django or similar languages and frameworks
    Strong problem solving skills in code that can match the fast-moving pace of innovation associated with AI
    Excellent troubleshooting skills
    Strong communication skills

    Nice to have:
    Experience with DevOps (currently using AWS)
    Model fine tuning experience
    Experience with AI libraries (e.g. Langchain) or data analysis libraries (e.g. Pandas)

    Connected to emerging technologies and trends in generative AI space
    Collaborative in working across team verticals
    A successful member of remote teams
    Accustomed to working in a startup environment
