Your tasks

With great commitment, you take over the management of a branch and take care of the professional leadership, organization and motivation of your team of 2040 employees
You routinely analyze key figures, optimize work processes and continuously improve the performance of the branch
You ensure the implementation of our branch concepts and ensure that your branch convinces with excellent product availability, freshness, cleanliness and high service quality
It is natural for you as a leader to lead by example and also work handson on the sales floor
In addition, the training and development of your employees is a top priority on your agenda

Your profile

Several years of professional experience in retail or a comparable industry with leadership experience in a similarly responsible position
Team player with a high sense of responsibility and the ability to inspire and motivate employees
Strong decisionmaking skills and results orientation
Willingness to work flexible shifts on 5 working days/week
