    Florida A&M University's Office of Undergraduate Admissions and Enrollment Management is pleased to announce the acceptance of qualified applications for the Business/Management Analyst vacancy.

    Responsibilities

    Collects, analyzes and interprets data related to undergraduate admissions and enrollment trends, including applicant demographics, yield rates, and enrollment projections; Develops and maintains comprehensive reports, communications, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate key insights and inform strategic decision-making by senior leadership; Identifies opportunities to streamline and improve existing admissions and enrollment management processes through data analysis and stakeholder feedback; Collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements and monitor outcomes to ensure effectiveness and efficiency; Utilizes historical data and predictive analytics techniques to forecast future enrollment trends and inform resource allocation, recruitment strategies, and admissions targets; Assists in the development of short-term and long-term enrollment plans aligned with institutional goals and objectives; Serves as a subject matter expert for admissions and enrollment management systems, including CRM platforms, application portals, and student information systems; Identifies system requirements, conducts user testing, and provides recommendations for system enhancements and upgrades to improve usability and functionality; Collaborates closely with admissions counselors, enrollment managers, academic advisors, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, assess needs, and address operational challenges; Communicates findings, recommendations, and insights effectively to internal and external stakeholders through presentations, reports, and workshops; and other duties as assigned.

    Minimum Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree in appropriate area of specialization and six years of related experience; or master's degree in appropriate area of specialization and four years of related experience.

    Recommended Competencies
    Knowledge of data analysis techniques and methodology;
    Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing;
    Ability to gather, interpret, report, and/or edit information;
    Knowledge of and ability to interpret and apply related federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, rules and regulations;
    Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously;
    Ability to evaluate process effectiveness and develop change or alternatives;
    Knowledge of and the ability to interpret and apply related University policies, procedures, principles, and practices; and
    Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
    Pay Plan
    This is an Administrative and Professional (A&P) position.
