A leading solar company is seeking a German-speaking Business Development Manager / Senior Business Development Manager to sell BESS products and solutions to clients in the utility sector (Developers, EPCs, and Utility companies) in Germany, with a focus on Leon.

We welcome professionals from both the solar and wind industries, who have experience in the utility sector and a passion for business development.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement sales strategies for BESS products in line with company goals.
  • Provide regular sales reports, including customer feedback, to management.
  • Collaborate with other sales departments, PV module sales teams, engineering teams, and operations to complete projects.
  • Negotiate proposals, quotations, and contracts with relevant stakeholders.
  • Build professional relationships to identify new business opportunities with a hunter and farmer mindset.
  • Deliver effective energy solutions to customers and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in German and English is essential.
  • Extensive experience in the utility sector
  • Knowledge of BESS is a plus.
