    Description

    Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Handle marketing claims and reports processing.
    • Manage purchases related to marketing activities.
    • Assist the E-commerce Account Management team with daily administrative tasks.
    • Collaborate with Operations and Accounting teams to oversee product flow and address any potential issues.
    • Track and follow up on E-commerce orders, ensuring timely delivery.
    • Identify and reconcile discrepancies in numbers related to customers and EnGenius.
    • Work closely with different teams to achieve common goals.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Preferably holds a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Marketing.
    • Prior experience in retail, brand, or wholesale settings is desirable.
    • Ability to follow procedures meticulously with great attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
    • Self-driven, resourceful, and maintains a positive attitude.
    • Demonstrated capacity to thrive in a collaborative setting.
    • Proficient in Mac and Excel, with knowledge of web-based platforms.
    • Experience in data entry and other business software applications is a plus.
