    Bloomingdales Brand Sales Specialist

    Status: Full-Time

    Location: South Coast Plaza Mall, CA

    Job Overview:

    You will provide high quality service to all clients of Bernardaud and Christofle to achieve sales objectives, while collaborating with the Bloomingdales sales and registry associates, and Personal Shoppers to help them promote and sell Bernardaud and Christofle to the clients they service. You will champion these two brands; work within the guidelines & standards of both the brands as well as Bloomingdales to drive sales.

    Role Requirements:

    Strong sales focus with luxury mindset; merchandise/organize our displays & support department store staff while collaborating with both brands. Offer training and sales tools to all colleagues in South Coast Plaza and other California stores.

    Responsibilities:

    • Sales:

    Achieve and exceed daily/monthly sales objectives for South Coast Plaza Bloomingdales.

    Communicate regularly with Christofle and Bernardauds Department Store specialist and Customer Service teams.

    • Operational:

    Conduct seasonal trainings.

    Support Bloomingdales staff in store.

    Work closely with Bridal Registry, Special Services and Corporate Gifting Department to development sales opportunities.

    Attend events and work to create special events and marketing opportunities.

    Have a relationship with Visual Marketing teama t Store level.

    Help organize stock rooms and unpack shipments.

    Merchandise and Clean products on the sales floor.

    Help manage special orders- entering the orders correctly as well as organizing the shipments.

    Regularly assist clients and associates by suggestive selling.

    Assist in preparation for store inventories and price adjustments.

    Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.

    Demonstrate thorough product knowledge - familiarity with current pieces as well as those suppressed/discontinued.

    Requirements:

    Experience in sales; experience as a sales associate.

    Responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.

    Verbal and written communication skills, Mandarin speaking is an asset.

    Team player with high level of dedication.

    Detail-oriented; experience working in a department store or luxury environment where attention to detail was critical to completion of successful work outcomes.

    Some visual merchandising experience.
